Uhh I dunno about abilities but a gimmick I guess is that Wandy tugs on xis longer ribbons when he's like really mad!!

- Headgear was created before Wandy was, and Headgear was made specifically because of Visor so that they'd technically share a name.
- Wandy was created since Headgear is very short and difficult to draw in comparison to other characters, so Wandy is used when not in the context of the show.
