Bandage is a stubborn, blunt person who is easily irritated and tends to snap at people. He doesn't have very much patience for people being wrong, and he's quick to correct anyone he disagrees with. Thankfully, he's well-educated and usually is justified to do so. He takes great joy in helping people, despite his denial of it. While he's quick to snap, he's also quick to rush to someone's aid if they are in danger or distress. He does so, in his own words, "out of obligation", not because of the joy he derives from it. This is a lie, however. While he may sometimes help people purely because he should, he would've helped them anyways despite how much he says he dislikes it.
Bandage is mostly quite gentle and patient as his place of work, and he makes sure to treat people kindly. He mostly tries to help people work through their illnesses and help loved ones of patients cope with hard times. Although he does somewhat enjoy his job, he's a different person at the end of his shift. It's unadvised for anyone to try and talk to him until he's gotten some sleep after work, unless they want to be insulted and complained at.
